Delete your TopTicket account
How to delete your TopTicket account and the personal data linked to it.
In the app
- Open the TopTicket app and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with the code we send by SMS to the account’s phone number.
The account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device. If you still hold valid tickets for upcoming events, use, transfer or refund them first.
Without the app
Send a deletion request to support and include the phone number of the account. We confirm that the number is yours and then delete the account.
What is deleted
- Name, phone number, email, date of birth and profile photo.
- Linked Google, Apple and Telegram sign-ins.
- Saved payment cards.
- Devices, sessions, notification tokens, favourites and waitlist entries.
What is kept
- Orders, payments, refunds and fiscal receipts, without your personal details — for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Issued tickets and entry scan records, so that event admission and disputes can be handled.
